Resident Manager

As an Executive Committee member, the Resident Manager functions as the strategic business leader of the Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, Loss Prevention, Chambers Club Operations across the hotel.

  • The Resident Manager will work with their direct reports (all of which are department heads) to develop and implement departmental strategies that will grow performance and excellence.
  • This position will ensure the design, implementation and continued delivery of the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel's service strategy and initiatives.
  • As a member of the Executive Committee, the Resident Manager will develop and implement property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and associates and provides a return on investment to the owner and Marriott International.

Bar Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Bar Manager has arisen at perhaps one of London's most iconic bars - The Booking Office. If you are an experienced, passionate and proactive Bar professional then this could be the perfect role for you. 

  • The Bar Manager will manage the day-to-day operation of the bar with care, enthusiasm and flair; from the quality of the guest experience, to the quality of the team’s employment experience.
  • Extensive cocktail, champagne and wine knowledge is essential for this unique operation. 

The bar itself is an intriguing 142 year old train ticket office; inspiring our most iconic, original recipe Victorian punches to our own-brand St Pancras Beer.

London experience is a must and due to the high volume of this outlet, you must already be in a bar supervisor position to be considered for this role.  

The successful candidate for this role will have at least two years experience in a Head Bartender or Bar Manager role (smaller operation). Experience of a high volume, destination bar in London is extremely advantageous.

Head Bartender

An exciting opportunity for a Head Bartender has arisen at perhaps London's most iconic hotel. If you are an experienced, passionate and proactive beverage professional then this could be the perfect role for you.

We’re looking for a highly innovative head bartender with originality, charm and bartending flair who will:

  • Assist the Bar Manager with day-to-day bar operations including some supervisory responsibilities for the bartending team.
  •  Have extensive cocktail, champagne and wine knowledge this is essential for this unique operation. 
  •  Have held a bartender position for the last two years or currently hold a Head Bartender role in smaller operation

Event Operations Supervisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Event Operations Supervisor at the iconic St Pancras Renaissance Hotel.

  • The Event Operations Supervisor is responsible for day to day supervision of the conference and banqueting team as well as supervising VIP events in house.
  • Supervising London's most iconic event space, including Europe's first ladies smoking room, and delivering on meetings imagined by our clients is your primary focus. 
  • The Event Operations Supervisor should execute strong leadership skills to create an empowering culture whereby conference and banqueting associate ensures that we always deliver attention to detail on time, every time.
