The masterclass series is designed to help guests and visitors get under the skin of the local King’s Cross neighbourhood as well as learn a new skill or find a hidden talent. Working with local businessesand cultural organisations, the sessions are held in the hotel’s new eatery, MI + ME, which is located on the Upper Concourse of St Pancras International Station.

Running once a week on 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th February , Fever-Tree’s Rum Explorer classes will be led by an expert from award winning mixer brand Fever-Tree as well as a representative from Rum brands.

On arrival, attendees will sip on the Cuba Libre cocktail whilst learning the fascinating history of rum and tasting Fever-Tree’s newly created Madagascan Cola. Guests will then take part in a tutored tasting with a variety of rums, to taste the difference between golden, white and dark rum. To end the evening, attendees will be introduced to the tradition of rum punch and be taught how to make their very own using one of the fantastic presented rums and Fever-Tree’s Ginger Beer
