ST PANCRAS CHAMPAGNE


France produces around 41,000 tons of clementines a year. This is the Booking Office take on a European classic, the Sgroppino. Here our clementines are transformed into a sorbet and topped with Champagne and house blended vermouth. Veuve Clicquot Champagne, home blend sweet vermouth and clementine sorbet. BLOODY MARY


Discover new tastes with your breakfast with this umami boosting Bloody Mary. Naturally occurring umani from Kent tomatoes is boosted by our umami acid mix. Ingredients: Absolut Vodka, Heritage tomato juice, Booking Office Mary mix, Umami blend.

MUSHROOM MARTINI


Inspired by the ‘Touques du Cepe’ festival in France, umami and savory martini uses Burrows Reserve French oak rested gin and Morrel stock.
Ingredients: Beefeater Burrows Reserve, Beefeater London dry gin, ‘Touques du Cepe’ stock, fino Sherry & tomato cordial.

BERGAMOT BELLINI


A bergamot twist on the classic Bellini with ingredients uniquely sourced by our bar manager, from Paris’s hub of fresh produce Market Rungis. Veuve Clicquot Champagne, Italicus bergamot liqueur and pomegranate juice.

CHERRY BLOSSOM SWIRL


Influence has always channelled back through Europe into England, the old trade routes originating in Asia, bringing back exotic and unimaginable wonders. Our clarified milk punch is inspired by Asia and the Hanami blossom festival. Jameson Black Barrel, sherry, rhubarb & blood orange, citrus, green tea and whey.
