MI+ME brings the latest burgers and milkshakes to St. Pancras International
MI + ME serves up London’s favourite sweet and savoury combination, utilising the finest, locally sourced produce. Available for diners to chow down on at the restaurant’s open-air terrace, or as a takeaway perfect to power-up before a long journey, the burgers and milkshakes mark the latest tasty offering in King’s Cross.
Wrapped inside sesame brioche buns, the classic burger uses 21 day-aged Hereford beef and Ogleshield Somerset cheese, whilst the finger-licking crispy Norfolk buttermilk chicken burger is spiced up with their signature fiery MI+ME sauce. Vegetarians are not forgotten, with a delicious pea and halloumi fritter, topped with avocado and chilli jam, inside an eye-catching beetroot bun.
Crinkle cut fries with flavourings from chicken salt to thick gravy and goats curd can be added, alongside a selection of fresh salads. Named after the original ‘mica and milta’ carriages transporting milk and meat to the capital, MI + ME is bringing its heritage to life through dedicated milkshakes paired with each burger.
The salty ‘Pretzel Twist’ milkshake, balanced by a salted caramel sauce, complements the mighty beef and sticky bacon burger, whilst the espresso and cocoa ‘Power Shake’ stands up to the crispy Norfolk fried chicken. Sweet-toothed diners looking to double-daily can round off the meal with smooth whip ice cream, topped with delights from brownies to honeycomb.
Locally sourced beers from Hackney breweries and English wines, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, are also available to enjoy. A series of exclusive burger masterclasses will celebrate the opening, beginning with Giulia Mule, one of 12th London’s favourite influencers behind Mondomulia, who will dish out her food photography tips on June, which will be free for the public to attend.
Housed on the Upper Terrace of St Pancras, MI + ME’s prime spot overlooks the main train station. MI + ME is part of the iconic 5* St Pancras Renaissance hotel, a leading beacon within the regeneration of the King’s Cross area.
